Structural features of ribbon mixer
1. It is composed of U-shaped container, spiral belt stirring blade and transmission parts;

The outer spiral collects the materials from both sides to the center, and the inner spiral transports the materials from the center to both sides, which can make the materials form more eddies in the flow. The mixing speed is accelerated and the mixing uniformity is improved;

Operating instruction:
1. Add materials through the feed port of mixer, generally there are 1-2 feed ports.
2. The mixing ratio of the mixer is 0.5-0.7. When the material is loaded, start the equipment for mixing, generally 5-10 minutes, depending on the customer’s experience.
3. The mixed materials can be discharged through the discharge port, and the discharge port valve can be customized according to customer needs.
