Structural features of ribbon mixer
1. It is composed of U-shaped container, spiral belt stirring blade and transmission parts;
2. The U-shaped long cylinder structure ensures the small resistance movement of the mixed materials (powder and semi-fluid) in the cylinder.
3. The positive and negative rotating screw bars are installed on the same horizontal shaft to form a low power and high efficiency mixed environment. The outer spiral collects the materials from both sides to the center, and the inner spiral transports the materials from the center to both sides, which can make the materials form more eddies in the flow. The mixing speed is accelerated and the mixing uniformity is improved;

Operating instruction:
1. Add materials through the feed port of mixer, generally there are 1-2 feed ports.
2. The mixing ratio of the mixer is 0.5-0.7. When the material is loaded, start the equipment for mixing, generally 5-10 minutes, depending on the customer’s experience.
3. The mixed materials can be discharged through the discharge port, and the discharge port valve can be customized according to customer needs.
