The main function of the bulk bag unloader is to unpack bagged materials. Due to different working principles, some unpacking equipment is applicable to most forms of bagged materials and packaging bags of different materials, while some unpacking equipment is only applicable to specific packaging materials. Generally, the speed is about 3-5 times of the manual unpacking speed. Because it can operate continuously, the actual unpacking speed can be more than 5-8 times of the manual unpacking speed. If the unpacking quality is not up to or even lower than that of manual unpacking, it is meaningless to unpack at a high speed. Two aspects of quality should be considered, namely, the material emptying rate and the removal rate of packaging bag shreds or debris.
It is difficult to control the manual emptying rate. A low emptying rate will result in a large number of material residues. At present, most of bulk bag unloaders have the problem of low emptying rate, which will cause excessive waste of raw materials. For some high price raw materials, the low emptying rate of most of bulk bag unloader will lead to a large amount of waste of raw materials, even leading to quality problems. For some materials with good fluidity, the clearance rate can reach more than 99.95%, which can reduce the waste of raw materials in the feeding process for enterprises.

Working Principle:
The bulk bag unloader is composed of a frame, a storage hopper, an electric hoist, a dust remover(optional), a rotary feeding valve (the valve is set according to the requirements of the following processes), etc.
The electric hoist is fixed on the beam of the top frame, and can also be fixed on the floor.
The ton bag is hoisted by the electric hoist to the upper part of the hopper, and the bag mouth extends into the feed inlet of the hopper, then the bag clamping valve is closed tightly, the bag binding rope is untied, so that the materials in the bag flow smoothly into the hopper.
The materials fall into the rotary valve at the lower part of the hopper and enter the bottom pipe. The compressed air from the factory can convey the materials to the destination pneumatically to complete the unpacking and conveying work. (If the conveying is not required, this valve can be omitted)
For fine powder materials, this set of equipment can be internally or externally connected with a dust remover, so as to filter the dust generated in the dumping process and discharge the clean exhaust gas into the atmosphere, so that workers can work easily in a clean environment. If it is a clean granular material with little dust content, the purpose of dust removal can be achieved by installing a polyester filter element at the exhaust port.
The overall height can be controlled between 2-5m, meeting the requirements of floor height.
If the electric hoist is fixed on the frame, the top floor does not need to bear this load.
The bottom of the bulk bag unloader is fixed with anchor bolts, without embedded foundation. (Embedded foundation is required for bulk bag unloader higher than 5m to increase its firmness)
When there are many bulk bag unloaders, they can also be placed side by side to facilitate centralized management and planning of the factory.

Operation instruction
Use manual or electric hoists to lift the bulk bag to be processed and place them at a convenient location;
The mechanical valve in the entrainer is opened, and the pneumatic entrainer is directly lifted;
Then directly press down the bag clamping plate in the, and after pressing the bag mouth, the dust will not leak;
If there is only 1/3 of the materials in the bulk bag during operation, the control valve on the flapping device must be opened in time, and the materials around the ton bag must be pushed to the middle to ensure that they can enter into the bag, so as to ensure that there is no residual materials in the bulk bag;
After the whole bag of materials is unloaded, the blanking port needs to be tightened first, then the pressure plate is slowly raised, and the bulk bag can be directly removed. The whole operation process is actually relatively simple and convenient.
