Product description

After the bag is broken manually, the material is poured into the bag opening equipment in the unloading station. According to the process requirements, it can be used for the unloading operation of small bags of powder materials in combination with the vibrating hopper or mixing hopper.

Workflow of dust-free feeding station

The operator puts the bag on the support and pushes it into the grid. Then, the operator will cut a vertical hole in the material bag, and dump the shaking material bag to empty it. The material will fall into the hopper by gravity, and can be connected with the conveying unit equipment through the conveying pipe at the bottom to effectively output the material to the position. The built-in induced draft dust collection filter can collect the dust produced during the emptying of the bag. The filter is cleaned by reverse compressed air injection, and the cleaned dust falls back into the hopper, which can realize continuous feeding.

Application scope of dust-free feeding station

It is mainly used for unpacking and feeding 25KG or 50KG small bags of dry powder and granular materials such as plastic resin, cement and food additives in the fields of plastics, rubber, food, medicine and chemical industry.

Operation instruction:

1. Open the feeding door while the dust collector runs automatically.

2. Workers carry the material onto the operating platform and open the bag manually.

3. Dump the material into the hopper.

4. Close the feeding door while the dust collector stops automatically after finish the material feeding work. The pulse valve will open to clear the filter inside.
